Lost & Missing Packages
At PJs by PJ, we work hard to make sure your order arrives safely. If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact us within 72 hours of the delivery notification. This window allows us to take timely action with our shipping partners. If we’re notified after this period, our ability to assist may be limited.
To give you peace of mind, we’ve partnered with Route, the leading package protection provider. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, Route will refund or replace it. It’s quick, easy, and gives you full control.
We strongly recommend adding Route Package Protection at checkout. Without it, PJs by PJ is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items once they leave our hands.
