Shipping

At PJs by PJ, we want you to 'wear your home' with comfort and style. Please allow 7-10 days for your PJs to be shipped. If your order status shows 'Label created not yet in system,' it means we are currently waiting on stock to fulfill your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

Sizing

We understand that our Medium-Large styles in the NYC print are currently out of stock. We are working hard to restock these by the end of September. In the meantime, please note that our XS-S sets comfortably fit up to a size 6-8, offering an oversized look. We appreciate your patience and are excited for you to wear your home!

Returns & Exchanges

If you'd like to make a return, please email sales@pjsbypj.com with your order number to start the process. Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your order. As soon as we receive your return, we will issue a refund. Please note that returns can only be made if all tags are still on the garments and there are no noticeable damages. Exchanges can also be made within 14 days of receiving your garments and must include all tags. Thank you for choosing PJs by PJ!


Lost & Missing Packages

At PJs by PJ, we strive to ensure that your orders reach you promptly and securely. In the unfortunate event that your package goes missing, we require that you contact us within 72 hours of receiving the notification that your package was delivered. This allows us to take immediate action and assist you in locating your missing order. Regrettably, if we are notified beyond this timeframe, our ability to help becomes limited and it may be out of our control.
